OGDEN - Knocking off the defending 5A state champs has to be extra satisfying. Especially when they ended your season in 2009. Davis had to go wire to wire to knock of their second Jordan in consecutive days, this time West Jordan, holding on to a 59-52 win Wednesday.
Davis held a comfortable 29-20 lead at intermission, but the Jags scored 14 straight points at the end of the second and beginning of the third to get back in the game.
The Darts were led by Tallon Burton’s 20 points.
